Skill Acquisition - Giovanissimi (Age 10-12)

10 weeks training program starting Oct 2023.
These older groups have an emphasis on foot skills, fitness, speed, and coordination. Particular focus will be given to tactical awareness, and mental development to improve each player's individual skills & performance.
These groups are ideal for players wanting to add to their club competition training or can suit any player wishing to enhance their individual soccer skill, speed, agility, and fitness to their best potential.

You can choose to train once, twice, or 3 times a week.
Thursday @ 4.30 pm at Rudd Park Synthetic, Belfield
Saturday @ 8:30 am at Mason Park Synthetic, Homebush
Sunday @ 8:30 am at Cooke Park Synthetic, Belfield
