If your child needs to travel without a parent, please contact us to discuss options. Some airlines allow unaccompanied minors under strict conditions, but we strongly recommend that each player is accompanied by a parent or carer.

Are there any other out-of-pocket costs?

The program fee covers accommodation, meals, training, matches, coaching, local transport, and cultural/touristic activities. Families will only need to cover: • Flights to and from Italy • Airport transfer (if outside the team schedule) • Personal expenses (snacks, souvenirs, extra activities outside the program)

How much does the program cost?

Overview

The Program

Our program, suitable for players between the ages of 12 and 18, is tailored to maximise the time on the field training or playing:

2-week elite football experience
Train and play in 2 iconic locations: Rome & Empoli
Professional medical and fitness assessments
Individual assessment
Small-group morning training with UEFA Pro coaches
High-intensity afternoon team training sessions
Attend live Professional matches
Cultural trips - explore Rome and other breathtaking Italian landmarks

Boarding and Transportation

All players and accompanying family members will meet in Rome at the designated hotel. From that point onward, accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and all local transportation are fully included in the program.

Flights to and from Italy, as well as airport transfers on arrival and departure days, are not included. However, if arrival and departure times align with Empoli staff, participants may have the option to join them for transfers.

Accommodation will be at a local sports hotel, with double or triple rooms, depending on group composition. While all meals are provided, participants may want to bring pocket money for additional snacks or drinks.

No, the flight is not included. This allows families the flexibility to choose when to arrive and depart from Italy, as long as participants are present for the tournament dates. Local transportation during the program (to and from games, training, activities) is included. Airport transfer is only available if your flight time aligns with the team’s schedule. Otherwise, families are responsible for arranging their own transfer to the hotels.
