The Program
Our program, suitable for players between the ages of 12 and 18, is tailored to maximise the time on the field training or playing:

Boarding and Transportation
All players and accompanying family members will meet in Rome at the designated hotel. From that point onward, accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and all local transportation are fully included in the program.
Flights to and from Italy, as well as airport transfers on arrival and departure days, are not included. However, if arrival and departure times align with Empoli staff, participants may have the option to join them for transfers.
Accommodation will be at a local sports hotel, with double or triple rooms, depending on group composition. While all meals are provided, participants may want to bring pocket money for additional snacks or drinks.

Our 2-week program starts Monday 29th in Rome therefore we will meet at the Hotel in Rome the day before.

When do we need to be there, and until when?We will meet in Empoli on April 17th, so you can arrive that day or any day before then. The tournament concludes on April 27th, and check-out will be on April 28th.

Is the flight included?No, the flight is not included. This allows families the flexibility to choose when to arrive and depart from Italy, as long as participants are present for the tournament dates.

Can my child come alone?If your child needs to travel alone, please get in touch with us to see if we can accommodate this request. Many airlines have strict regulations regarding minors traveling solo, so it may vary depending on the airline. Our preference is for players to be accompanied by a parent or carer.

Are there any other out-of-pocket costs?Aside from the airfare and transport from your arrival/departure airport to Empoli, everything else is included. However, if you wish to buy snacks or additional items outside of the provided meals, that will be at your own expense.
