This program is designed for players who are ready to take their football to the next level in a professional, competitive setting—guided by our certified Empoli F.A. coaches and supported by a pathway built on discipline, development, and identity.

Uniform
Players must always wear the official Empoli Full Kit at all trainings and matches. 
Absences
If a player will be unavailable for training or a match, parents must notify the coach in advance with reasonable notice. 
Priority Commitment
The Empoli SPL team takes priority over other clubs, sports, or activities. While we do not require players to be exclusively committed to Empoli, repeated unjustified absences may result in removal from the program. 
Team First
The team’s interests always come before the individual player’s. 
Refund Policy
If for any reason the player cannot continue the program, any amount paid is non-refundable. 
Behaviour and Respect
Players, parents, and family members must show respectful behaviour towards coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents at all times. Inappropriate behaviour may lead to disciplinary action or removal from the program. 
Punctuality and Attendance
Players are expected to arrive on time for every training session and match. Frequent lateness or unnotified absences may affect playing time and selection. 
Official Communication
All official communication (absences, questions, updates, etc.) must be made through the academy’s approved channels - such as team WhatsApp groups or official email. 
Media and Images
By joining the Full Time Program, you authorise Empoli Football Academy to use photos and videos of your child for promotional and communication purposes.
