10 weeks training program - 2 sessions a week
These older groups have an emphasis on foot skills, fitness, speed and coordination. Particular focus will be given to tactical awareness, and mental development to improve each player's individual skills & performance.
These groups are ideal for players wanting to add to their club competition training or can suit any player wishing to enhance their individual soccer skill, speed, agility and fitness to their best potential.
